At Woodland Ways, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original eco-friendly mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
